The 72nd Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show is being held at the Yorkshire Event Centre, Harrogate, 7th to 9th February 2023. It is organised by the Ice Cream Alliance, the industry’s trade association.
We will be promoting our Frigomat ice cream and gelato making equipment, along with our ranges of ISA professional gelato displays. Our gelato and ISA experts will be on hand to discuss all of your ice cream making equipment needs. We have teamed up with NIC Foods (Marcantonio & Caterlink), stand 39 and Antonelli, stand 11. Where you’ll be able to see our Frigomat batch equipment in operation producing the lastest amazing ice cream and gelato flavours. All of which will be displayed in one of our ISA Supercapri gelato display cabinets.

Book Signing
Italian celebrity chef, Gennaro Contaldo, mentor to Jaime Oliver, will be signing copies of his brand new book, Gennaro’s Cucina, at the Show on Wednesday 8 February.
Demo Kitchen
Hosted by chef Steph Moon who will be showcasing recipes and ideas that could be a big hit with your customers. This year she will be joined by four times National Champion, Philip Mancini. Recipe ideas will include ‘Festival of Coronation’, with ice cream delights fit for a King, and ‘Fire and Ice’, where chilli meets ice cream.
VIP Experience
New this year is the VIP Experience – spend up to 45 minutes with one of our two industry experts Giulio Dallavalle, Director of Franks Ice Cream or David Otterburn of Ryeburn of Helmsley, with 70 years’ experience between them. Soak up invaluable knowledge helping you hone your skills and giving you the best foot forward to creating your own ice cream empire. The VIP ticket costs £150 plus VAT and booking fee.
Tickets to the Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show are £13 plus booking fee. Attendance is free for ICA members. Children under 12 go free (but please pre-register attendance) – and are very welcome.
