The TurboChef Sota Touch – 13amp (single mag or i1 if you prefer) is the most precise rapid cook oven in it’s class. It features independently controlled top and bottom impinged air. This allows you to accurately focus the heat to get the exact finish you require on the outside. This is combined with microwave energy to ensure the core reaches the correct temperature at the same time. Cook times in the TurboChef Sota can be up to 10x faster than conventional methods.

The integrated catalytic converter scrubs smoke and odours from the cook chamber which makes the oven ventless. This allows it to be installed away from expensive extraction hoods making it ideal for front of house use. The standard 13amp power requires no specialist installation making the Sota – 13amp accessible to all businesses.
