The Sota oven provides superior speed and cooking performance in TurboChef’s smallest, most energy-efficient package.
The TurboChef Sota Touch (or i1 if you prefer) is the most precise rapid cook oven in it’s class. It features independently controlled top and bottom impinged air. This allows you to accurately focus the heat to get the exact finish you require on the outside. This is combined with microwave energy to ensure the core reaches the correct temperature at the same time. Cook times in the TurboChef Sota can be up to 10x faster than conventional methods.
This twin magnetron version has twice the microwave capacity compared to the 13amp version making it much faster at heating larger items. The more powerful heating elements ensure a faster recovery time which is important for busy operators likely to be using the oven almost continually during busy periods.
The integrated catalytic converter scrubs smoke and odours from the cook chamber which makes the oven ventless. This allows it to be installed away from expensive extraction hoods making it ideal for front of house use.

*Ventless certification is for all food items except for foods classified as “fatty raw proteins.” Such foods include bone-in, skin-on chicken, raw hamburger meat, raw bacon, raw sausage, steaks, etc. If cooking these types of foods, consult local HVAC codes and authorities to ensure compliance with ventilation requirements.
