Fast Toasting and Finishing

The Turbochef Bullet™ is the fastest rapid cook oven on the market, designed for fast toasting of ‘sub-style’ sandwich items and the heating/finishing of a wide range of menu items.

The TurboChef Bullet™ is designed to toast and finish menu items as quickly as possible. It features precisely controlled top impinged air with an infra-red heating element in the bottom of the oven which heats a composite stone base for direct contact crisping. This is combined with microwave energy to ensure the core reaches the correct temperature at the same time.

The Bullet™ has a large cook chamber which can accommodate 12″ sub-style sandwich making it the ideal oven for cafes and sandwich shops which serve a large volume of customers in a short period.

The integrated catalytic converter scrubs smoke and odours from the cook chamber which makes the oven ventless. This allows it to be installed away from expensive extraction hoods.

  • Independent bottom temperature offset with IR heating element

*Ventless certification is for all food items except for foods classified as “fatty raw proteins.” Such foods include bone-in, skin-on chicken, raw hamburger meat, raw bacon, raw sausage, steaks, etc. If cooking these types of foods, consult local HVAC codes and authorities to ensure compliance with ventilation requirements.
