The Prática EC3 counter top combination oven steamer is one of the smallest on the market today, but it’s still capable of cooking three full size 1/1 gastronorm trays at once. The easy to use control pad ensures simple operation regardless of the operator.

Generation of steam by boiler with automatic drainage system. The level of steam can be adjusted in range of between 0 and 100%. Steam can be manually injected through independent control.

Recipe programming; the oven can hold 16 additional recipes/cook cycles, each up to 8 steps.

Multi-point internal probe for controlling the internal temperature of the food.
