There’s three models in the Zero range in a variety of sizes and capacities meaning there’s a perfectly sized Zero blast freezer for your business.

The touch-screen control panel makes operation quick and easy ensuring optimum results each and every time!

Standard features of the Zero Blast Freezers include:

  • Functions – can operate as blast chiller or shock freezer, depending on program selected. The Zero can be configured to hold either pastry/gastro trays or gelato Napoli pans (rack option must be made at point of order). Can accommodate both gastronorm trays (530 x 650 mm) and pastry trays (600 x 400 mm).
  • Power – 230V / 50Hz / 1ph
  • Dimensions – 800  (W) x 822 (D) x 1450 to 1890 (H) mm (see spec sheet for full details)
  • Panel Finishes – Stainless steel as standard
  • Installation – Standalone ‘plug-in’.
  • Refrigerant – R290
  • Refrigeration – Ventilated.
  • Defrost Cycle – Hot gas.
  • Climate Class – 4, 30ºC with 55% relative humidity.
  • Blast Chilling Process: +65 / +10 ºC in 90 mins
  • Blast Freezing Process: +65 / -18 ºC in 240 mins
  •  Standard Equipment – Electronic control board with multi-functional LCD display and ZOOM for easier reading of the selected programs. Internal probe with heating system for easy removal from frozen produce. The door opens to 180º for easy access.
