ISA – Millennium Pastry Display

The ISA Millennium Pastry is a professional fully refrigerated display cabinet with two ambient glass shelves located above the main refrigerated display area.

Manufactured to compliment the hugely popular Millennium Gelato cabinet, this pastry version has a bright stainless steel refrigerated display area, perfect for homemade pastries and cream cakes or even savoury items like sandwiches, pies and sausage rolls. The ambient shelves provide a flexible display option for products like fruit cake which doesn’t like or require chilling.

Millennium Pastry is part of ISA’s Aria Project and operates with R290 Propane refrigerant which has a very low Global Warming Potential and complies fully with the 2020 changes to the F-gas regulations.
